Roger Sarmiento, United States, operates Nimbo Studio. For privacy, support, access or deletion requests, email teamwriterassistant@gmail.com from your account email address. This policy covers the extension and Nimbo’s information and account verification website.

Automatic translation processes visible images and up to five loaded images ahead. Adjacent images may be included as context for a split dialogue and their results saved separately. Manual selection processes the images you choose. Images, recognized text, target language and applicable terms are sent to our Google Cloud service, which uses Cloud Vision and Gemini on Vertex AI for recognition, translation and background reconstruction when needed. Reconstruction may send an additional crop and use credits. An alternative Webtoon download also sends the image URL to our service.

Local data has no automatic expiration. Uninstalling removes the extension’s browser data, but does not remove server account records or copies you exported. Nimbo’s database does not store images or glossaries. The server holds results in memory to avoid repeated work: there is a five-minute recovery window and a cache of up to eight translations with no fixed expiration, replaced as new responses arrive or when the process ends. Account, payment and usage records currently have no automatic deletion; deletion is handled on request, except for records that must be kept for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Providers have their own retention and security logging rules; this policy does not promise zero retention by Google or other providers.

Nimbo’s handling of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use data for the disclosed features, support, security and legal obligations. We do not sell data, use it for personalized advertising or determine creditworthiness. Human access to content is limited to your consent for support, security, legal obligations or internal operations using aggregated and anonymous data. We share data only as necessary for those services or permitted purposes. Communications with our services use HTTPS; local data protection also depends on the security of your device and browser profile.

Terms of use

Nimbo supports reading through image translation and term replacement. An account and available credits are required for paid processing. Only use content you may lawfully access and respect its owners’ rights and terms. Nimbo does not sell comics or grant rights to third-party works.

Automatic translation and reconstruction may contain errors or alter details. Compatibility depends on the website and format. You can review statuses, restore originals or request new processing. Nimbo does not promise perfect translations or a fixed number of images per pack.

Keep your credentials private and do not bypass access or balance controls. You may stop using the service by disabling or uninstalling the extension. Uninstalling does not itself request account deletion. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Payments and refunds

Packs are one-time purchases in US dollars with no subscription. The pack and amount are shown before you confirm payment in Stripe. See Account and balance for current prices. Credits are added after payment is confirmed.

Credit use depends on actual processing, including reconstruction when needed. Processing is charged even if translation fails or no text is detected; the unused reservation is released. A new attempt may use credits. Reusing a saved translation does not create a new provider request.

For duplicate charges, incorrect balances or refund requests, email teamwriterassistant@gmail.com with your account email and transaction reference. We review payment and recorded usage and communicate the outcome. An imperfect translation does not carry a promise of an automatic refund. This review does not exclude refunds or other rights required by applicable law.
